My favourite breakfast as of late:
1/2 cup Astro Probiotic Yogurt (Vanilla or Plain)
3 tbsp Hemp Hearts (from Costco)
1/4 frozen berries
You could also have 1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese, a handful of almonds or walnuts, and mixed berries.
